Democrat Manchin threatens to sue Biden administration over electrical vehicle tax credits: report

Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W. Va., on Wednesday, threatened to sue the Biden administration around electrical vehicle tax credits. 

Manchin, chairman of the Senate Power Committee, explained he was well prepared to go to courtroom in advance of the U.S. Treasury’s expected release of battery sourcing steering for electric car tax credits later on this 7 days, Reuters noted.
